Just when you think you’ve heard it all, the news from Planned Parenthood gets even worse. Its recent sex educators’ conference paints a picture so repulsive that it cries out for God’s justice to rain down. PP has also embarked on a brazen campaign to destroy innocent children’s first and last line of defense: their parents’ God-given impulse to protect them.
Brainwashing teachers to corrupt their students
In November, Planned Parenthood of Greater Northern New Jersey’s deceptively named Center for Family Life Education held its annual national sex educators’ conference in Somerset, New Jersey. Roughly half of the attendees were New Jersey educators whose $250 conference fee was paid by their school districts, according to information provided to Stop Planned Parenthood International (STOPP) by Richard Collier, Esq., president of New Jersey’s Legal Center for the Defense of Life.
The conference’s 24-page program (available at SexEdConference.com) illustrates its shocking and perverse content. But according to an infiltrator, that was only the less smelly trash at the top of the garbage heap. Inside the conference, the content was far worse.
The program reveals that the center, “a national leader in sexuality education,” is a pedophile’s dream, aiming to indoctrinate children into a culture of sick sex via the public school system. Yet, the New Jersey Department of Education awarded continuing education credits for attending this event.
The tone was set by the program’s first page: a congratulatory ad from the American Institute of Bi-sexuality. Sprinkled throughout are ads for such items as a puppet representing a portion of female anatomy, vulgar sexual products and an “adult products” vendor. One ad shows a provocatively posed young woman touting Because It Feels Good: A Woman’s Guide to Sexual Pleasure and Satisfaction, written by a “sexual health educator” at the notorious Kinsey Institute. In another, a smiling couple pushes Sexploration, “three-day intensive counseling retreats.”
A resources ad includes the cover image for Unequal Partners: Teaching about Power and Consent in Adult-Teen and Other Relationships, which portrays a muscular man delivering a fist to the ribs of a scrawny child embracing him. PP of Greater Northern New Jersey’s web site says, “This breakthrough manual helps young people make healthy decisions about relationships, especially those involving the power imbalances that can occur when there are significant age differences. 29 interactive lessons to help young people ages 10–17 . . . [e]xamine legal issues, including ‘age of consent,’ in their own state; [k]now the particular risks and issues regarding adult-teen relationships.”
All of the aforementioned ads target public school sex educators and others involved in sex indoctrination of children and teens.
A keynote talk at the conference was delivered by “research psychoanalyst” Paul Joannides, author of The Guide to Getting It On. The promo for his talk says, “Putting condoms on bananas doesn’t cut it anymore for sex education when today’s 11-year-olds are watching porn on the Internet. In this keynote, we look at the sexual world of today’s teens and pre-teens.”
One workshop showcased PP’s “sexual pleasure as a right for all ages” agenda: “Workshop participants will . . . identify ways to integrate positive messages about pleasure into sexuality education for all ages” [emphasis added].
There were presentations on teaching sex to special education and disabled students. Another workshop taught how to “better educate students living in poverty,” and there were other workshops too shocking to mention here, as well as the usual PP fare promoting sexual deviance.
Brainwashing parents to corrupt their children
On December 29, CNS News broke the story that Planned Parenthood now calls for sex education for children from birth. “Real Life. Real Talk.® is a bold, nationwide, social change effort,” boasts Planned Parenthood’s RealLifeRealTalk.org web site.
Planned Parenthood’s latest perverse campaign seeks to desensitize parents to the irreparable harm inappropriate sex talk causes children, by encouraging them to talk in front of and to their children about sex often—without waiting for the children to ask questions first. “[G]etting people to talk openly . . . about an issue . . . is a critical step in making social change happen,” PP says.
This is part of PP’s long-term effort to duplicate the European model, which succeeded in gaining public approval of sex between unmarried young people. Its We Can Do Better: Oregon Team Report on Western Europe’s Successful Approaches to Adolescent Sexuality (2002) claims, “It is the societal thinking—the norms—that make the Dutch, German and French successes possible. It is the openness and the acceptance that young people will have intimate sexual relationships without being married and that these relationships are natural and contribute to maturing into a sexually healthy adult” (p. 9).
Links on the web site’s “Tools for Talking” page are shocking. One handout encourages and describes perverse sex acts, including masturbation and perverse intercourse. It also encourages parents to ask their children the question “How do you know when you like a person enough to have sex?”
Among the site’s other advice:
• “A child’s ... sexual feelings ... develop from the moment of birth—even before a child can speak.”
• “Talk about sexual issues with other adults in your children’s presence.”
• “You can begin teaching your young child the basics of sexuality—anatomy, reproduction, sexual orientation.”
• “Give short, simple, but specific and complete answers. . . . Information will not hurt your child or promote sexual behavior.”
• “Use proper terms for body parts and sexual activities.”
• “Tell your child stories about your own experiences.”
• “Take your child to the drugstore and point out the pads, tampons, condoms, etc. Take your teen to a clinic for contraception and exams, or let your teen know where to go for help to prepare to be sexually active.”
• “Arm your child with knowledge, skills, supplies, and self-confidence. These are the best protectors against risky behavior.”
PP intends to promote Real Life. Real Talk. nationwide, so now is the time to bring expert speakers into your community to alert parents and clergy to the dangers of Planned Parenthood’s sex education programs. To book a speaker, please e-mail Michaeleen Sedlak at .

Planned Parenthood formerly called this approach “abstinence-plus sex education,” but now calls it “comprehensive sex education” or “evidence-based sex education.” Remember this conference whenever you hear such terms. And save this article for use in keeping PP and “comprehensive sex education” out of your schools, and to fight local funding of PP.
Collier advises parents to ask their state and local elected representatives these questions:
• Did anyone from my school district attend this conference? If so, who and why? Who authorized it and why? Who paid for it? What’s being done to prevent this from happening again?
• If anyone from my school district attended this conference, is that person implementing the conference’s recommendations? Have any of the conference presenters been invited into my school district? What’s being done to prevent this?
• Why does PP receive government funding? Why should our tax dollars be used to promote Planned Parenthood’s outrageous and harmful propaganda?
